About me

Award-winning Journalist with over 15 years of experience ranging from newspaper investigations to organizing and producing long format multimedia reporting from countries like Switzerland, USA, UK, Ukraine, Palestine, Colombia, Thailand, Madagascar and Costa Rica. Exploring various topics including humanitarian crises, women’s and LGBT rights as well as political and corporate wrongdoing.


Between 2016 to 2017 I completed a Master of Arts in Documentary Film at the University of the Arts in London. Before that, from 2013 to 2015, I studied, extra-occupationally, New Media Journalism at the Leipzig School of Media, the Academy of Journalism in Hamburg, the Kuratorium für Journalistenausbildung in Salzburg and the Swiss Journalism School, MAZ, in Lucerne. In the spring of 2012, I also completed my diploma studies at the Swiss Journalism School, MAZ.


In April 2013, my first book, the book Clever unterwegs, was published by Verlag Beobachter Edition. In February 2014, my second book, Start – Everything about studying in Switzerland, was published. I share my experiences and my knowledge as a lecturer at the Swiss Journalism School, MAZ.
